Importing Error Message

Hi,

I am new to NT. Trying to get set up has been a challenge to say the least.

I had to update to the "8.1.1.1" version of NT because for some reason my login wouldn't work with the previous version I had installed.

I am trying to import a file and keep getting the following error message. I do not have any other NT files on my computer other than NT itself and the one file I am trying to import, and I know this file works on the previous version of NT (8.0.27.1).

Is anyone else having the same issues or have found a way to resolve this issue?

If you are trying to import an add-on, it is likely that it needs to be updated before it can be used with 8.1.1. We recommend reaching out to the vendor of the add-on you are looking to use. If the vendor needs further assistance getting an update out, they can reach out to us directly.
