IB data not updating

Hi,

It has been a long time since I logged on Ninjatrader last time. Now I tried to connect the platform to IB's TWS. It worked following the instruction on Ninja's page. And minute bars are updating properly.

While I set the time zone on TWS to US Central, as I am dealing with ES, and set time zone in NinjaTrader 8.1.1.1 to Central Time(US and Canada), the chart is not updating anymore. I checked the log, and there seemed to be a 1 hour gap between the two platforms. The connection is fine.

Besides, I bought a life time license with multi-brokers. The NT 8.1.1.1 is asking an user account to log on. So, I am wondering what are the policy changes to that license? Can I use it to trade with IB ?

Thank you for your post.
Trader Workstation and NinjaTrader must have matching time zone settings to properly time stamp executions, orders and historical data.
By default, these time zone settings will match your local PC time and no change is needed.
If you haven't already done so, please right-click on your chart and select 'Reload all historical data'.

Please use the NinjaTrader Dashboard to 'migrate' your lifetime license key and access lifetime features and multi-broker connections with NinjaTrader Desktop.

Once the license is associated with your NinjaTrader Dashboard, you will be able to trade live with IBKR through NinjaTrader Desktop.

Well, do you mean that, the choices on time zone is actually unavailable? Kind of veired that, I chose UTC-6 on both platforms, and they did not match?

I need to set time zone to where CME is located, so that histotical data appears in RTH, and no tossing of time is needed.
