Log on failed

Last night I was able to log on to my live data. This morning, all of my connections, live, combine, and rithmic connections, were missing. It was as if I had never logged on to begin with. I have a lifetime license purchased years ago and have not had problems until now. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no success.

I am unable to login to Ninja Trader Continuum service. Although TD Ameritrade connection is working.

I don't seem to have any connection options other than the kinetic EOD one and the market replay one. Shouldn't there be some sort of new connection option with the new NT8 update or something? At least for a demo account? It all seems such a mess now

Also, if i click on the 'new' tab, I get an error about an unhandled exception object.

Same thing with CQG... it works now. I called and they said they were working on it and Ninjatrader knows about it.

I would like to know what caused this. I've never seen this happen before and I've been using Ninjatrader for the past 12 years.

Unfortunately, they did not provide us with a root cause for this item.
