does the platform have any restrictions ?

This is very strange - when I want to log into the control panel - sometimes I get a 404 error code, and sometimes a blank page inside the system where I can not load the latest version of NT 8.1
Does the platform have any restrictions on browser language, IP address or user location? Thank you.

I have dedicated servers for platform installation located in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and I get a 404 error when I view the page https://account.ninjatrader.com/register 404

Try this with the DNS set to 1.1.1.1 and 5.5.5.5 in the IP4 settings ?
