    ​Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference this post within the body of the email.​

      I don't have a brokerage account with Ninjatrader. i have a lifetime license for the software. I am unable to login where I used to, in order to download the latest software version. when i try, there is a new page that asks for a login. It says my username is no good and my email is not associated either

        hello, please respond? i don't have any log and trace files, because there is no access to the platform. please read the original post

          You need to register for a free account and then you will be able to download the software. In that same dashboard under your settings -> plan you can import your existing lifetime license.

              I finally after about 15 attempts, was able to create the new account. Now that I've downloaded the latest version, I can't login to the platform because it says a rate limit for too "may" (mispelled on your software?!) login attempts, though I've only tried to log in ONE time.

              How can you have a log-in rate block for a financial platform where people need to adjust positions? this is ridiculous.

                  In the meantime if you are still experiencing trouble getting logged in, please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
