Chart Trader Greyed out

Chart Trader greyed out every few minutes - it gets tedious to close and reopen NT8 to only see Chart Trader greyed out again in only a few minutes. I see by the forum that no fix has been offered for this problem that plagues so many users. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I have a chart with several tabs all pointing to the same instrument.
Most tabs, chart trader greyed out.
One tab Chart trader not greyed out.
Maddening.

Please follow the steps below to send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what is occurring. Please be sure to reference this Forum post and send them to ATTN: Dennis.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
