Inaccurate Indicators (Playback -> Get Market Replay Data

Hi NinjaTrader Team,

I ran a trading session the other day and I noticed "My Continuum" and my play back connection indicators were slightly different.
I would like the play back to be Identical to what I saw when the market was live.

Any idea on have them be identical?

Thank you for the message.

When comparing a chart built during Market Replay versus a chart built from real-time market data, it is very possible for the charts to look different. Especially when using Tick Based Bars or Indicators.

So, since you are using Tick Based Charts and Indicators and using a different data source between real-time vs playback, it is expected for the charts to look a little different during Playback.

• If you were to use something like a 5 minute chart and then put on a non-tick based indicator like an EMA on the chart, the two would most likely look much more similar between real-time and playback.
