Trouble Installing

I'm having issues installing NinjaTrader on my laptop. I'm running Windows 11 and meet the PC requirements. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for your post.
This error usually appears if you are running a 32-bit operating system or if the installation package has been corrupted.
I recommend re-downloading and launching the installation package.

Thank you Eduardo for your response, I just seen today that I had a message. I'm running a 64-bit operating system and I've deleted and tried to reinstall several times but with still no luck of a successful download.
