    Time Delays and MultiChart

Hi. I use MultiCharts software and they have a neat little feature that pops up whenever data is received with a delay like order fills, chart data etc. by a millisecond setting you choose. Does NT8 have something similar to check for data delays on chart?
    Thanks.

    Hello Trader17,

    Thank you for your post!

I've found another forum post below where a forum user posted their third-party ChartLagTime indicator:If this does not work for you, you can do a Google search for a "Chart Lag Tool for NinjaTrader" and you likely will find something third-party.

Here is a basic guideline of how to import NinjaScript add-ons in NinjaTrader 8:

Note — To import NinjaScripts you will need the original .zip file.

    To Import:
    1. Download the NinjaScripts to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
    2. From the Control Center window select the menu Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-on...
    3. Select the downloaded .zip file
    4. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.
Critical - Specifically for some NinjaScripts, it will prompt that you are running newer versions of @SMA, @EMA, etc. and ask if you want to replace, press 'No'

Once installed, you may add the indicator to a chart by:
    • Right-click your chart > Indicators... > Select the Indicator from the 'Available' list on the left > Add > OK
Here is a short video demonstration of the import process:Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Thanks NinjaTrader_Kennedy for that. Can NT8 incorporate it into their platform directly in a future release? I vote for it.
      Thanks.
