New Account Webpage NT Windows Running LIVE is missing on NT application
Just updated to NT 8.1.x and I have a new live account which works with WebPage but nothing is showing up LIVE inside my NT 8.1.x application?Tags: None

Thank you for the post.
Please send us your log and trace files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so that we can look deeper into your data enablements and why this may be happening.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 8" folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
