error appears when buying and selling ATM strategy

Any idea how to get rid of this error? I tried restarting, doesn't help. I accidently sold more on contracts than I had to get out of the position.

If you close and open Rithmic Trader Pro, does it have '(admin)' next to your account?

started half an hour ago

open and close the order
but without SL and TP

Mine doesn't. I can still place trades just not using an ATM strategy. If I have the ATM strategy selected to "none" I can place trades. Sorry, injpowwetrust i'm not trying to hijack your post but it sounds like were having the same issue.

What version of NT are all you guys that are having problems running?
And what's the brokerage connection? OP's is Apex Rithmic, is everyone else's the same too?

just realized this is the same issue i have today and this is just posted today. my trade still goes through with no stop loss very bad.

Hello,

We were notified of a system issue on Apex's servers that has since been resolved. If you are seeing this error still try restarting, and reach out to Apex if this does not resolve the problem.
