    New Account sinup Webpage not Working!!!!

    Using Firefox or Edge, when I try to sign up for new account nothing happens when I click the "Sign-Up" button after entering my email??!!!!

    I have a lifetime license to NT and have been away from trading for the last few months, all I want to do is update NT!!!! Why do I have to go through all these hoops just to update my software???

    Exact same thing is happening to me. I want to download the latest NT8 version to compare it. I have also tried different browsers and emails. Nothing happens after I hit the button ??

      This is simply amazing, they can code and debug a complex platform like NT but can't take the time to debug a simple webpage to the detriment of NT users. Especially those of us who paid for Lifetime licenses! It's bad enough we have to now sign up for and account just to update software that I paid for, and now I can't get access to the software I paid for because I cant sign in to create a new account!!!!!!! No excuses for this!!

        Somebody in another post suggested using a browser in private / incognito mode. I tried this with Brave browser. This worked for me!! I was able to create an account and download the latest version.

          Thanks for the advice,

          Unfortunately nothing works, I tired Firefox, Edge, and Brave browser in private mode on my Desktop & Lapto,, no joy. Simply put the "Sign In" button on the website is not functional. Again unacceptable.

            Have you all tried clearing your browser cache and cookies by chance?

              For me only the latest version of firefox works. Clean install, without any addons, adblockers etc. Chrome/Brave/Safari and their incognito/private modes don't work.

                Posting a possible remedy offered by a user in another forum:

                "From experience, I can tell you that if your browser has advertisement blockers, then it can interfere with the sign up screen. It's a issue that is not unique to the Ninja site. I run into the same problem when trying to register, but disabling the ad blocker will do the trick.​"

                  I was able to logon using my ipad, and now the website works normally using my desktop.

                    Hello all,

                    In addition to possible pop up blockers issues, we've seen reports of some outdated browser versions being incompatible as well. You may also want to make sure you are running the most up to date version of your internet browser.

                    As mentioned, clearing browser cache and cookies may also be required.
