i have a lifetime, multibroker with order flow+ license and static dom is enabled.
The Multi Provider Option is set and my Broker Connections work.
I usually trade through Interactive Brokers. Worked so far.
Now I updated to the newest version of NT8 and i am not able to select my IBKR accounts in the Static DOM drop down menu at the bottom anymore.
The accounts are listed but greyed out. This only happens on new windows or windows which are already on the SIM or the NT account since the last start.
On already open Static DOM windows, after starting NT8, the already selected ib account works but i can not change to another account besides my NT or SIM account.
Everything else is grayed out. The Dynamic DOM works as usual and i can select every account as normal. Also i can place trades in futures now on the Dynamic DOM.
This was not possible so far while the Static DOM was enabled. Did the automatic license import or something else not work?
Also under help the option for the TT credits menu is missing.
So no clue what my balance is or how to buy credits.
In the new account portal under settings > plans it says i have a lifetime license, but further down it says that Multiple Broker Add-on for Desktop Platform is disabled and
i am offered to buy Order flow+? All this is already included with my license. Did the import not work correctly?
Lastly i tried to contact support through the portal user icon > help > contact support, which opens an online formular in which i explained the problem and submitted the request.
I only got a message that my request has been submitted. No email confirmation or at least a case/ticket id. Maybe i typed the email address wrong or do you really do not send any confirmation?
Nothing in spam btw.
What should i do? Contact support via email again?
