Jigsaw not working with 8.1. I would like to downgrade to previous version of NT.

    Jigsaw not working with 8.1. I would like to downgrade to previous version of NT.

    As titled. Jigsaw Daytradr bridge does not work with NT 8.1. Jigsaw support recommended I install NT 8.0.27.1. Where can I locate this release?

      hello
      please the bridge between new version of NT8 and jigsaw still doesn't work
      for exemple when i'm in playback mode i connect jigsaw (there where i execute my trades) but it doesn't work
      i clic many times on the bid and ask but no result

        Have you tried 8.0.28.0? That's the direct successor of 8.0.27.1 and I don't follow how something that works in 8.0.27.1 would fail in 8.0.28.0. You can download 8.0.28.0 as the prior release on the download page where you got 8.1.

          i have a question please about a real rithmic account
          i wanna test it but it's not working
          is it because the weekend ??

          even i use rithmic paper trading (chicago) aggregated data

              so i have one more question please
              14/06 , 15/06 and 16/06 there's no data neither on knetick END OF DAY or on my rithmic acount
              BUUUT in replay on playback mode i download 14-15 and 16/06 there's a data

              for me ninjatader team need to fix the playback connection every time everryyy time there's something wrong with it even data it's not the same if it's not why people work on playback so any way please if anyone can help with my prb it's a pleasure

                When downloading market replay data for this instrument, I was not able to find any gaps:

                As a first suggestion, please redownload the market data, as I suspect the gap might be local.

                Please also note that unless the chart will replay a specific timeframe, it will load historical chart data prior to the replay start. This data might also be the reason for your gap.

                If so, please also (re)download the historical data for this contract, e.g. by opening the same chart with real-time data, right-clicking the chart's background, and selecting "Reload all historical data".

                Please don't hesitate to let me know, should you have any further questions or if this does not resolve the gap.
