    8.1.1.0 - Customizable contract month display format

    Hi there,

    Somebody know how we can switch back to numeric "Symbology Display Style"?!

    I can't access to my historical data from the strategy analyzer and I don't have access to "Client Dashboard".

    Thank you very much for your post.

    To change this setting, please log into your Dashboard using the same credentials as on the platform:



    Once logged in, you may then change this setting to the "03-23" or "H3" display instead of the "MAR 23" method.

        Hello Acrux,

        Thank you very much for your reply.

        I was able to confirm this myself. At the current time, you would have to enable the simulation account to change this setting.

        To do this, please click on "Try It" and enter the required information, once entered, the option then becomes available.

        I have reached out to our development team in this regard, as this feature should be available in the Desktop version as well.

            I also try to open a Live Account (which I don't need), but "Canada" is not there.
            I tried from the mobile app, I can select Canada but at the "Review your information" page, when I click on "Accept and Continue", nothing append...
            Now when I click to "Resume Application" nothing append again.
            I don't want to restart the whole thing and again​, especially if I don't need this.​

              Thank you very much for your reply.

              After clicking on "Try It", you should not experience any issues entering the data. If this cannot be confirmed, please test using a different or anonymous/incognito browser, as it is possible the browser itself is causing an issue.

              Please let me know, should this still fail or if you have any further questions!

                I tried with Edge "InPrivate" on two differents computers, with Safari on iPad and with Chrome. Same things...
                I'll make a script to rename all folders, hoping it'll work.

                    Just to let you know, after updating to 8.1.1.1 and renaming all folder from numeric to monthly, NT have started to download historical data in numeric mode again... even if all symbols is monthly!
                    So I have restored my backup with my historical data in numeric mode, flush all historical data in monthly mode mess and now I'm good again
