    Automatic Strategy randomly stop running with no reason

    Hello, I developed an automated strategy one year ago and is running in 3 different PCs. Same strategy, same code in 3 different PCs with 3 different licenses.
    For some reason every now and then the strategy stop running from the chart, like if its disenable, and I need to re-enable it back again. I don't think it is a code problem because this doesn't happen in all the computers at the same time, sometime the strategy runs form months without problem but sometimes it starts "going off" more periodically, specially lately with the new NT version, but again not in every computer is running, What could be the problem?

    Is there anything I can do on settings, that I'm not doing? is there a way to let me know when the strategy stop running?

    You need to get some more information on why it was disabled rather than just re-enabling it and moving forward. Check the Log tab on Control Center, and check the log and trace files for the day in question on the machine in question. There should be a message there to tell you what sort of thing happened - for instance, an exception occurred in your code or an order was rejected, or the like.

      Thank you for your note.

      As Bruce suggested, do you see anything in the Log tab of the Control Center that indicates why the strategy was disabled? Based on your description, since this is not happening on all machines, it is possible that there was a connection loss on the PC that the strategy was disabled on. You could try adjusting the connection loss settings at Control Center > Tools > Options > Strategies > NinjaScript > On connection loss if that is the case. For more information:
