NT Web Zoom and Scroll constantly auto-fit

I've tried in Chrome and MS Edge and seen the issue in both places. The problem is that there is no way to zoom or scroll vertically. I click on the chart and drag, when I let go, the chart seems to autofit automatically. The only way I can see below the lowest candle is to zoom out horizontally far enough to include a candle that is within the price range I was to see. Of course, then I'm zoom too far out on the timeline to be usable.

To recreate the issue:
1.) Open a chart
2.) Click anywhere and drag vertically

After releasing the mouse, the chart will jump back to the previous view.

There there a setting somewhere to turn this behavior off?

This is the exact problem I am facing, but on the desktop application. I've tried back and forth on going to properties and changing from fixed to automatic and back, and clicking on the F on the chart right top, and control+scroll, but still facing restrictions. Could you assist with a screencast on the desktop application please?
