NT 8.1.1.0 Skin Missing Resources

NT 8.1.1.0 has the default Skin called Slate Gray. With this standard default Skin (no changes), the trace file flags the following errors:

Required resource key 'brushOrderWorking' is missing.
Required resource key 'brushOrderAccepted' is missing.
Required resource key 'brushOrderPartFilled' is missing.
Required resource key 'brushOrderInitialized' is missing.​
