Multiple Accounts with the same name?

Every time I log in now, I'm getting "The account xxxxxx of connection 'My NinjaTrader Continuum' already exists on connection 'Live', NinjaTrader does not support multiple accounts with the same name and you should not connect to both connections at once. Please contact customer support."

I disconnected the NT Continuum last time before I logged off.
I left 'Live' intact.
Evidently, it reconnected upon startup, and then warned me about it.

What do you suggest?

Please remove the connection with the duplicate credentials and click on 'Apply' > 'Ok'.
