Free Unlimited Demo Account
I have read that you can get a free personal code for an unlimited demo account to simulate trading. Is that true? If so, how can I get one? I would like to continue testing but two weeks of demo is too short for me as I can not dedicate much time to itTags: None

Good afternoon, I downloaded the new version NT8, I realize that you do not have a free data signal on your website, and in the control center there is no option to choose CQG, there are many problems to obtain free data, they informed me that it was due to the update of the website and they were going to place it in a flash,

As @tmc_ suggested, those would be some great forum threads to read through where this has already been discussed.
In short, NinjaTrader no longer provides the "Two Week Demo of Futures market data" or the "30 day Forex Demo that could be extended".
Now, you would visit the NinjaTrader website > Click to Login at the top > Register for a NinjaTrader Dashboard Username/Password- This will provide a Demo account that has 14 days of real-time Futures data. After the 14 days, all data will be delayed until you subscribe to a specific data package.
- Please visit the Help Center Guide below for more detailed steps and instructions:
There is no way to get unlimited free real-time futures data. You would have to find the Broker or Market data provider who provides the data you need and then get a subscription from them.

Hi Clayton, I am unable to login into the desktop version of N8. I logged into the dashboard and once the charts are open I am unable to connect to the "Ninja Trader Continum" as I was able to connect previously. Does is require separate login credentials to connect to the demo feed ?

Thank you for the message.
With the new NinjaTrader 8.1 platform, if your platform is set to Multi-provider mode and you need to manually configure the NinjaTrader Brokerage connection, you will now want to use the "NinjaTrader" Connection type along with your Online Dashboard Username and Password (The same ones you used to open the platform in the first place)- You may follow along with the guide below for more detailed steps and instructions:

Hello clayton, I have the same problem, but when logging in through the "Ninja trader" connection, there is a delay of 10 minutes and ninja trader itself informs this with a notification box, please, would you be able to help me, to be able to do without this delay

If the data is delayed by 10 minutes, this would imply that your account is already beyond the Free 14 days of Real-time Futures data so you will need to sign up for real-time market data.
Since the Forum is a Publicly Facing location, it would be best to write into NinjaTrader Support directly with any questions that apply directly to you and your account settings so we could actually see your personal information and discuss it in further depth there.
There are multiple ways to reach out to NinjaTrader Support Directly:- Send an email to Support (AT) NinjaTrader (DOT) com with the respective @ and .
- Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
- Go to NinjaTrader.com and use the Chat bot to ask a question and it will send us an email if it cannot help
