New Account Portal Sidebar

The new (post-NT8.1.1.0) Account portal has a sidebar with five possible selections. By default, the sidebar is expanded. When collapsed, the selection icons remain, but without the item names (e.g. Messages). The meaning of the icons alone may not be obvious to some (e.g. me, at least until more familiar with the sidebar). I recommend adding some tooltips that identify icons when they are hovered on. This will help all newcomers to the portal.
