    Why can I not enable OrderFlow indicators if I have a lifetime license?

    The orderflow indicators are already solved by importing the license on the web, the dashboard from the app is not.

      Yeah, odd that the error message is telling you to remedy
      the issue by selecting a menu option that is greyed out.

      I'll be saving this screenshot as a humorous example of
      'what not to do' when handling errors in software.

        Apologies if I missed this elsewhere.

        Having migrated my lifetime multi-broker, "grandfathered" licence, my Plans page in my Account still suggests I might want to Buy Order Flow+. ... Even after logging out and back in. ... Why?

        ... and Multiple Broker Add-on for Desktop Platform is still Disabled. ... Why?

        ... and if one has multiple licences (mentioned elsewhere by bltdavid), it would be very nice to know which ones have been imported; i.e. an informational display of the licence ID for reference. ... somewhere.

          Please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN Adrian'.

          Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
          • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
          • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
