New NT Brand and Reigstering

Hi Support,

I am trying to download the newest NT Version. I noticed that I have to register first. Before it was easier to download.
However, registering with social media / with email doesn't work.

We did have a temporary outage earlier in the day please follow the steps below and let me know if you still have any trouble creating a user! Ensure to clear cache and cookies and try a different browser as well.

In order to login into the latest version of NinjaTrader Desktop you will need to create a NinjaTrader user.

Please follow the steps below to create a NinjaTrader user.

• Navigate to the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
• On the right select the link "Get Started"
• Enter your email address and click "Sign Up"
• Verify your email address
• Create a username and password
• Select "Simulation" and complete the form

If you have upgraded to our latest version of NinjaTrader Desktop you will no longer have a license key. During the upgrade process, your license key was converted to a corresponding Account Plan.
