Unable to cancel out live orders

I am unable to start a strategy with a live account. The previous account that was run using the strategy hit a stop loss with the broker Apex and I reset the account. Now, the strategy will not start as it seems to try to be cancelling live orders that don't exist.

Also note that the control center Email Support menu option doesn't work; it says "There was an error sending a mail message: Could not load file or assembly MailKit Version=3.2.0.0".

I posted a bit too early... I was able to simply create a new strategy with the same parameters and start it.
