Can't open NT8

When I try lo open NT8 only a blank chart opens and it gets stuck there. Nothing else opens not even the control center window. I tried the repair under programs but it keeps doing the same thing. For me to close NT8 I have to go to windows task manager because the chart is stuck.

We'd like to investigate this further, please use the following instructions to send your log and trace files.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
