I want to use the vendor system, but I'm not getting any replies from sales

Hello,

I developed a few indicators and I'm using Agile.NET to protect them. I want to add licensing to it and I tried reaching out to sales but I haven't got a response for week and after multiple tries. Is that not the correct email? SierraChart offers this within a day and very fast and here I'm fighting for a reply.

Can someone help me with this and get to the proper people?
