APEX trade copier

I am using the Apex Trade Copier on NT8 and as soon as price action starts to move, especially at the open, my charts lag big time. At times my charts are 1 or 2 minutes behind. As soon as I remove the trade copier, all is back to normal, so I know it is a trade copier issue with my NT8. When I first started using it a couple of months ago it worked perfectly. This issue just started last week and I have no idea why. My computer is a gaming computer and has the capabilities. Wondering if any one has had a similar issue, or can provide some suggestions. Not getting any help from Ninja or Apex support.

I do want to note that the use of a 3rd party add-on does have the potential to adversely impact the performance and stability of your NinjaTrader installation.
Ultimately, if you are having issues with the use of your add-on, you'll want to get in contact with the vendor for further assistance.
