Hi – I have a ninja account and the platform loaded on my desktop, but would like to load it also on my laptop. When I tried using my key for doing that, it would not work. Please advise, thanks.

The license key and login credentials should be identical between both platforms. If you encounter an error on one but not the other, please ensure the entered information is identical.
If you experience any issues in tracking down what is causing this error, please contact us from the platform that is not able to connect, and we can best assist further.
You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
