    Cannot Login Account Management Portal

    I've been trying to login into my account management portal, but I'm not getting an emails for the two-step verification. I used to get them, but I just don't get any response no matter how many times I've tried.

    Please help.

    Thank you for choosing NinjaTrader

    You will receive an authentication email any time you sign into the account portal from a new device. If you do not see these emails within your inbox, then it is possible that they are being redirected to your junk or spam folders. You can also try searching your inbox for "NinjaTrader" in order to locate these emails.

    Please note that the two-factor authentication email would have only been sent after your first attempt to log in from this device. As a result, you may need to look further back in your email history to locate the two-factor authentication email.​
