    Hello Jason,thanks for your reoly.
    I'm sorry but ....NT8 support "netting" accounts only created with "SPOTWARE account" so in demo mode.
    I asked help to Ricky from nt8 support ...and he personally tryed to connect my Fibo netting account ....but don't work for sure at the moment.Thank you

    We support 'netting' accounts with cTrader. Please see the cTrader connection guide at the link below.


    We don't have a list of brokers that provide netting cTrader accounts. I suggest to check with cTrader if they have such a list.

    Hello
    There is FIBO that provide Netting accout but.........NT8 works only with Spotware account ...so is not possible to trade live with your NT8 .
    I don't know if is possible to connect any other cTrader broker ....someone maybe can help us ?

    Can you please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email, so I can investigate.
    • Open the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 folder.
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To-->Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Attach the two compressed folders in your email.
    • Send the email to "platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com". Put 'Att Jason, 003736137' in the subject field of your email.
    • Once the email is sent, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Requesting 1 day of historical data, still unable to load "range" historical data

    If you test a new Range chart in NinjaTrader that only requests 1 or 2 days of historical data ('Days to load' setting in the Data Series menu), do you load the requested historical data?

    Restart NinjaTrader, the minute chart can load historical data, but "Range" data cannot be loaded.
    Immediately after opening the "Range" chart, data transfer stops and resumes after a few minutes for minute data transfer​

    Are you able to load historical tick data in cTrader for the @US30 instrument? Range bars are build by historical tick data.

    After connecting according to this step, you can connect to the minute data of @US30, but the "Range" data cannot be loaded.
    Only end-of-day data, no continuous data

    Finally, you can successfully connect to "spotware",XAUUSD is connected normally, but US30 cannot be connected

    I'm not aware of a time/frequency limit for the cTrader demo account. I suggest to check with cTrader.
