Data Connection Issue - FCM Not Authorized (Ninjatrader Continuum)

Hello,

I'm getting this error when trying to connect to my data feed (NT Continuum) "NinjaTrader Continuum (Live): The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use Ninjatrader with Ninjatrader Continuum. (Panic)". I looked online for solutions and most suggested restarting NT8. I've restarted it multiple times and my own machine but the issue persists. Can you help?

This error is usually caused by incorrect connection settings, e.g. if the "NinjaTrader" instead of "NinjaTrader Continuum" connection is used.

If you are still not able to connect, please send us your log & trace files and we can best assist further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message, detailing the connection issue.
