Getting an mrv error 13 - The Sub to this instrument has been aborted

Hi, I have just joined, connection to topstep works fine with a green circle, etc. But when I open a chart I get the follow error. see pic

Thank you for writing in.

This error message normally means that the underlying account is not enabled for the real-time market data that is needed to load in the instrument.

Please reach back out to TopStep and let them know that you would like to enable your account for the real-time market data for the ES.

Once they confirm the account is enabled for real-time market data, restart your Platforms and reconnect and the data should be moving.
