    Continuum Username and Password

    Hello, I was accidentally logged out of my continuum data feed. How do I retrieve my username and password so that I can log back into my Continuum data feed and then back onto the NT platform? Thanks, trend26

    Hello trend26,

    Thank you for your post.

    You can initiate a platform password reset for your NinjaTrader Brokerage account by following these steps:
    1. Log into your NinjaTrader Client Portal
    2. Navigate to the icon on the upper right hand corner of the page
    3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu
    4. The second section on the page says Platform Password Reset, you will want to select Reset
    5. An email will be sent to the address on file with the account from [email protected] with a link to update your NinjaTrader platform password

      As per step Groups above, I do not see the option "Platform Password Reset" (see attachment). Please advise accurately as to how I can accomplish this. Thank you.

        Another glitch, I don't know how "Groups" got into my message above, I did not type that in. I didn't even know what it was until I saw it in my message after I sent it.

          From your screenshot, press the "profile" option, then follow the rest of the steps.

            This is RIDICULOUS, the rest of the steps sent to me are inaccurate! There is NO password reset option, step Groups DOES NOT exist, I need real directions on my issue please. What else can I do, I need help? May I speak with a manager please?

                I emailed you a screenshot of my dropdown menu. You can clearly see that the option you told me to select DOES NOT EXIST. So, how do we fix this? I would REALLY like to enable the data feed that I am paying for. Thank you in advance for your helpful response.
