Saving Templates

I can't seem to save my strategy template. I hit Save, name a new template, and save. Doesn't work. I tried hitting Save, save as default, doesn't work either.
Once in a while it works, but most of the time it doesn't. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us!

Please try the steps below to save a test strategy template for the Sample MA Crossover and load that template:

• Right-click in the Strategies tab in the Control Center > Select Sample MA Crossover on the left > Make any random changes to the Strategy properties on the right
• Once you have the Properties you'd like, click on the template text > save > Name this Test > Save
• Then, once you've saved the template, press Cancel in this Strategies window to close the window
• Now right-click in the Strategies tab in the Control Center > Select the same Strategy (Sample MA Crossover) from the Available section that you saved the template for > template > load > Select the Test template you saved > Load

Note from the help guide: All parameter settings are saved with the following exceptions; Account defaults to the Sim101 account, Enabled defaults to False

Does this function as expected? If not, where in the process is the issue occurring? Does the template not save or does it not apply to the strategy when loading the template?

Thanks. I got it to work. Problem is it works sometimes, but not all the time. Anyway, working now.
