Trading hour template no work in MES 03-23

Hi

Below you can see a MES and ES data series and both are using a trading hours template called SP CASH where I have defined President's day as full day holyday. Could you point out to me why MES is showing data like trading template is nor working properly??

Thank you for contacting us!

I created this same Trading Hours template on my platform and am not experiencing this issue. If you go to New > Chart in the platform and open a new chart with MES 03-23 > Ensure no chart templates are applied > Set the Trading Hours template to your SP CASH template > Days to Load to 100 > OK, does the same occur on this new chart with only one data series?

Please let me know the results of the above.
