Error - the following programming errors must be resolved before compiling

I get this error message but these are ninja indicators so i can't exclude them from compilation. How do i fix this?

This error likely indicates an issue with the platform itself, e.g. if the indicators were overwritten or cannot be accessed at this time.

Could you send us your log & trace files? We'd like to take a closer look at the reported errors.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

I can only apologize you have not yet heard back from us.

Is it possible the email could not be sent? I was not able to find any pending or open cases in this regard.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the following email: support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
