Why is GC (Gold Futures) not charting properly?

Hi all.

NinjaTrader 8.0.26 on Windows 10

I'm not getting GC to chart properly on any timeframe. Look at my two snapshots of 5-minute charts. One is from my broker (IBKR) and the other is what I'm getting in a chart on NinjaTrader. The NinjaTrader one, althought the current price is correct, has many gaps. Notice also that the bars have hardly any tails at all! There seems to be several 5 minute periods with no trades at all!

Anyone have a clue?
