real-time updating problems

The real time data are not uploading anymore sence yesterday evening, i checked the connection and i restart my accounts but nothing changed
Is there any solution !

Today is Saturday. It's the weekend. Markets are closed.

Most futures instrument, like GC, do not trade 24/7.

They trade 23/5.

Generally speaking:
Futures (including GC) stop trading at 4pm CST on Friday, and will
reopen on Sunday at 5pm CST. Until then, there is simply no real
time data of any kind, so naturally, everyone's charts stop moving.

The solution is: Patience.

The markets will re-open soon enough.

If you think you have an issue with your system, wait for the
markets to re-open so you can be sure.

EDIT:
Weekends can be odd. Be aware that (even though NinjaTrader
is working fine) your login attempts may fail. Why do they fail?
Because your data provider's IT dept is doing server maintenance,
which is unannounced and unscheduled. But, when it does happen,
it will always happen on weekends -- because that's the only time
they can do such maintenance -- when the markets are closed.

So, when the servers are down, you get some crazy disturbing error
message blaming you for a bad password. Relax. It's a lousy error
message, but the only time that error really means anything is
when markets are open. Thus, on weekends, you may get many
failed login messages, but generally speaking, all logins are failing
while they work on the data servers.

The point is:
It's very hard to trust 'login failure' messages when markets are
closed, such as on weekends.

Again, patience. Those data servers will be back online by market
open on Sunday.
