Playback connection only showing one week of data

Hi Everyone

I have downloaded multiple days of data but the playback connection is only allowing me dates from the last 7 days. Please see screenshots attached showing the data I have downloaded and the playback connection problem.

How can I select the 17th of Jan 2023 for example which has been downloaded and showing in my Market Replay data as available?

Hello Zeroten010,

Can you please check if you can select the dates after a restart of the NinjaTrader platform.

What start and end dates do you have selected in the Playback control window? Are you able to select 1/16 as start date and 2/6 as end date? If so, subsequently check if you can select these dates when using the 'Go To' function.

Hi Jason

Thank you for taking the time to look into this with me. The start date was the issue. It did not look at a large enough date range and I failed to understand that this limits the 'Go To' function. My understanding was that the 'Go To' function will allow me to select any available data.

This has resolved the problem.
