LiveSim account didn't works

Hello dear, I have a problem with a LiveSim account when I logged in, NinjaTrader only showed me the Sim account and it didn't show the LiveSim account. I have choosed Rithmic Paper Trading server but it didn't works. I contacted Helios Trader about this issue they said I have to contact NinjaTrader because everything works with rithmic.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files. Please attach the files to an email to [email protected], including “03686271 ATTN Kimberly H” in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body, so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
