Fibonacci Price Levels Error

In my case, I consistently have to reset my platform to use Fibonacci with price levels. This happens on charts with only Fibonacci and on charts with indicators. I will occasionally use trend lines, but otherwise, I don't use drawings. So this very frustrating. Please advise.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to [email protected] with "03683867 ATTN Kimberly H" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
