ATM Strategy error "Exceeds accounts Maximum position"

    ATM Strategy error "Exceeds accounts Maximum position"

    I am testing an automated strategy and am getting this error when an order is submitted.
    Does this come from the Risk assigned to the account, or the Account itself?

    I am using the SIM101 account for this and have assigned a Risk that I created.

    The Account setup has
    Max Order Size = 1
    Max Position Size = 1

    The Risk has
    Max Order Size = 1
    Max Position Size = 2

    The strategy is submitting an order for a Quantity of 1.

    What are the best settings for these options? My strategy only submits a quantity of one.

    Thank you for your post.

    Yes, that error is coming from the Risk template to your sim account. Since you have the max order size of 1 this would meet or exceed the risk position. I would suggest to make the max order size 2 so it doesn't meet or exceed the Risk template, so it can function properly.
