Execution of orders that I canceled

I send order requests through OIF and I found that sometimes some of my orders dont show up in the orders tab on the Ninjatrader. In the following example, I entered a position > then I sent an exit order using OIF > it didn't get executed, I checked the orders, its not there > I closed the position manually > I canceled all orders > and suddenly a few minutes later I saw a position has been opened!!

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
