No IB Data in SuperDom

Hi, I cannot get depth of market data to populate fully in the SuperDom. Please see image below to show the data is available in TWS but does not populate to the Ninjatrader. I have spoken to IB who assure me no other data subscription should be required.

I have
TWS TWS 10.19.1c
NT8 8.0.27.1 64-bit
I am connected with a green dot to TWS and TWS is showing L2 data.

The Superdom just show top of book data.

PLease advise why this isn't working.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Receiving data into a third party platform through the TWS API often requires a different level of subscription than in TWS itself. If you are not receiving Level 2 data in NinjaTrader, I suspect that you need to go and enable Level 2 data for that exchange or product in the Interactive Brokers subscription manager.
