Orders not triggered based on the conditions

Hi,

I have a very simple strategy which goes long and short based on a condition. But the orders are not triggered as soon as the condition is met. It triggers late and sometimes doubles the quantity.
Can you please help

May you please submit this as a ticket to our platform support team, [email protected]. Please include your log and trace file with the request.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 7/8" folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
