possible bug detected in the Volumetric Bars

Hi, reload chart, reload of historical data and download of historical data did not solve the problem. As you can see on the picture, at session start after the second bar the cum delta is not calculated correctly.

To quickly test does the same occur after restarting your platform?

If so then please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

While testing on my end I am able to replicate the same data on my end with multiple different data feeds and only on this specific day.

This would point towards the data of the chart and the way the market moved at the start of the session and not an issue with the Volumetric Bars.

Hi Spencer, thanks for your testing.
Nevertheless, the NT chart is wrong and is not displayed correctly! But apparently NT does not care? Maybe NT would like to have a footprint chart that can display it correctly, then I can recommend the 'SidiFootprint'
