Cannot download ninjatrader8

I tired multiple times to download it and got frustrated decided to take it to a computer guy and he said the software (ninjatrader) is downloading the 32gb when it should be the 64gb i tired calling and no answer

Try downloading with a different browser.

There was not an answer on the phone because we are not open on weekends. We operate Monday - Friday. Some people have reported this message resolves itself after they ensure that they've installed all Windows Updates.
