    Problems with creating alerts.

    Hello, first of all say that this is a translation from Spanish to English with Google Translator, I hope it is understood.
    The problem is that when I go to create an alert about an extended line, the dropdown to choose the different options is in the upper left corner, and not in the open window, it also happens to me with the Add on or ninja scrip .
    In the case of a Replicator, the accounts do not appear, I have reinstalled ninja trader 8 and the problem is not solved, and I don't know what it could be, thanks.​

    Menciono que esto ocurre aun cuando reinstalo la plataforma de NinjaTrader 8. Sospecho que es debido a su aplicación de terceros.
    Intentemos probar su plataforma en Modo Seguro para verificar si este comportamiento está siendo causado por un add-on de terceros usando los siguientes pasos.

    Para habilitar el Modo Seguro, por favor siga los siguientes pasos:
    • Apague NinjaTrader.
    • Mantenga la tecla CTRL y haga doble clic en el icono de NinjaTrader.
    • Mantenga presionada la tecla CTRL hasta que vea el Centro de Control.
    • Luego puede verificar que está en Modo Seguro yendo a Ayuda -> Acerca de.
    ​¿Persiste el comportamiento en este espacio de trabajo nuevo o en modo seguro?

              Can you please send me your log and trace files from within the NinjaTrader platform so that I may investigate.

              You can do this by going to Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

              Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

              Reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: Att Jason H, 03671113

                  Hello, after trying different things to be able to create an alarm, by chance and by experimenting, I found a strange way to create an alarm, and that is by adding a second alarm, and scroll down to the bottom of the screen with the mouse wheel. Window, and changing between the alerts created, the option to add appears for a few seconds, in this case a sound, I have recorded a small video.
                  In the normal mode of Ninjatrader I have also managed to create an alarm with this procedure, strange.
                  This is all a mystery.​
