Cannot can placer orders. Price is outside bands

I just got set up today with NinjaTrader (funding and the license). I'm trying to put an order in the micro NASDAQ, and as a test, my ATM strategy is set with a stop loss of 10 ticks and a profit of 20 ticks. But I keep getting this message.

I switched to my funded account, and I can place the order using the same ATM strategy. Not sure what else I should check. Maybe a data delay? I am also subscribed to CME Data.

    Help anyone?

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for posting. Can you please post a screen shot of the ATM strategy you are using? It looks like the stop loss and profit target are set way too high seeing the price set is over 1 million dollars.

      Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply. This is what I'm setting so far:

I also tried using currency.. stop loss at 100 and profit at 200 and it did the same thing.

Hi, thanks for posting that. Can you please try submitting this order on the Sim101 account? It seems that something in your setup is causing the order price to submit at an invalid price level.

          Hi,

That is a good test. It works fine with my Sim101 account.

Hi, please try resetting your Database and try again on your live account:

            Code:
From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Database Management

            Press "Reset DB"

Check Historical Orders to remove historical orders

Check Historical Trades to remove historical trades

            Press the "Reset" button
