My Chart Trader Won't Allow Me To Take A Trade...It only allows me to submit a trade

I have recently passed my evaluation account and I now have my performance account. When I pull the chart trader up, it doesn't allow me to take an actual trade...It just says trade submitted. It doesn't turn blue like the Sim account but just remains grey....What am I doing wrong?

Please contact us through the platform directly, this would send us your log & trace files and allow us to investigate this further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
